Please address how to stay motivated to stick to a healthy lifestyle……healthy eating, exercise, etc.
Topic dear to my heart is footwear. I need to wear comfortable shoes with arch support and now that I’ve developed a corn they need something else on the sides. Not sure what that would be. Every shoe that’s is pretty or dressy are narrow and do not meet remotely minimum archsupport. Can you have a topic on footwear? Please!
